There’s nothing I love more than capturing new life. In the early days following the birth of a new child, new parents are often so exhausted they can hardly see straight, and are focused on the needs of their new bundle of joy. These days often pass so quickly, and once those sleepless nights are a thing of the past, new mothers and fathers look at their baby and marvel at how quickly he or she has changed. It is my privilege to capture and preserve the tiny details of a newborn baby. The way a baby looks into his mother’s eyes, or instantly calms while swaddled in daddy’s arms… Tiny fingers and toes, wrinkly baby skin, sucking blisters on little lips… So many sweet newborn features that I absolutely love to document for my clients. Below are some of my favorite newborn images from 2014. Enjoy!
