Rain, rain, go away! The Pale family and I were hoping to be able to shoot outside a bit, but mother nature didn’t have the same idea, as the entire day was a washout! Sara and Mike were kind enough to invite me into their home and photograph them doing what they do, and it was a blast! I have to say, as if I don’t already love having two boys of my own, after spending a short time with this family, I am really looking forward to watching the bond grow stronger between my boys.
Their sons are not only very handsome, but so sweet and loving. Mason, who’s 4, (ahem, 4 1/2, excuse me), is such a good big brother. (Here he is, showing me that he’s 4 1/2 – the 1/2 is pretty tough to do, but I think Mason’s got it down!)Mason schooled me on Ben 10, who he has chosen to be for Halloween. Am I the only one that doesn’t know this character? : / I had to have him get out his little Ben 10 action figure so I could see what this guy was all about! He even busted out his Ben 10 watch, and let me tell ya, it’s pretty cool!
There were so many moments during our photoshoot where I wished that I had audio clips to accompany the images…this is one of them! The laughter was contagious…
Mason knows how to make Gavin, who is 7 months, laugh and laugh and laugh. And laugh some more. And maybe even drool a little bit. : ) Here are some shots of Gavin, hamming it up. Way too much fun!Mason and Gavin are already the best of friends and it is a beautiful thing to watch. Thank you, Sara and Mike, for having me over. It was a pleasure!
